Returns are not a problem to us

We believe in the quality of our products and that you will love them from the first use. In doing so, we respect all legal regulations and give you the opportunity to return an unused product within 30 days.

The process of returning products is very straightforward:


Go to the "Order History" tab in your customer account.


Select the order which the return concerns.


Select the product(s) you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s).


(Optional) Explain the reason for the return.


Send the package back to our business address.

We handle complaints quickly and efficiently

Oh, something wrong? :( We protect our packages with the utmost care, and store the products in optimal conditions. However, sometimes an undesirable situation may occur. In such circumstances we support our customers in every case. If a package that is clearly damaged reaches you, don't worry, just follow the steps below:


Call us to inform us of the situation.


Tell the courier that you refuse to accept the package due to damage.


Take a picture of the damage report that the courier will fill out with you and send it to us.

We will start the procedure of complaint, and we will send a new package to you :)

If after opening the package you see that the product is damaged, then:

Call us and tell us about the situation, we will suggest what to do and send a courier to you to pick up the damaged goods. .
