It also aims to explain how the collected information is used.

Personal data provided by the Customer is processed by the Seller (i.e. VT7 Sp. z o.o., based in Szczecin, at Kurkowa 5/U2, registered in the business register under the KRS number 0001009773, whose registration documents are stored by the District Court in Szczecin, XIII Commercial Department of the KRS, using its assigned tax identification number (NIP) 8522628345 and statistical number REGON 366502117), who is the personal data controller. According to the rules specified in the content of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council EU 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter "GDPR"). What personal information do we collect and why do we collect it?

The scope of personal data processed is defined by the information filled in by the Customer and subsequently sent to the Seller through the appropriate form. Processing of the Customer's personal data may concern their email address, name, phone number, address, company data, and the IP address of their computer. Providing personal data is voluntary, but refusal to consent to the processing of mandatory personal data will prevent the Seller from providing services and executing Sales Agreements.

Information about users and their behavior is collected in the following ways:

- by voluntarily entered information by the user in forms,

- by saving cookies (so-called "cookies") on the end devices,

- by collecting server logs by the hosting provider.

How is information collected through the informational form?

Our Service collects information voluntarily provided by the user. It can also record other information, but only those related to the connection parameters, such as the time and IP address. Data in the form is not shared with third parties unless the user agrees to this. The information provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the content of the specific submission, e.g., for handling a service request or commercial contact.

How is information collected through cookies?

Our Service uses cookies. "Cookies" are data, specifically text files, stored on the user's end devices. They are intended for use on websites. These files typically contain the name of the website from which they come, the time they are stored on the device, and their unique number. The entity placing cookies on the user's end device and gaining access to them is the Service Operator.

How is information collected through server logs?

Information about certain user behaviors is logged on the server layer. These data are used solely for administering the service and ensuring the smooth operation of the hosting services. Accessed resources are identified by URL addresses. Additionally, the following may be recorded:

- the time the request was received,

- the time the response was sent,

- the name of the client's station – identification performed by the HTTP protocol,

- information about errors occurring during HTTP transactions,

- the URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link), in case the transition to the Service was made via a link,

- information about the user's browser and IP address.

This data is not associated with specific individuals browsing the pages; it is used only for administering the server.

What is the purpose of collecting these data?

There are several purposes:

- they are necessary to deliver the products or services we have received an order for from the user,

- we aim to continually develop and improve our business. The collected data, which we analyze, allows us to do this,

- to create an Account, process an Order, provide electronic services, handle complaints, and perform other activities indicated in the Terms and Conditions,

- for organizing promotional and commercial activities,

- for legal compliance.

Who has access to the user's information?

The Service Operator has access to the user's data and the right to use it in accordance with the content of this statement. This data may also be passed to service providers with whom the Service Operator cooperates. Additionally, the Service Operator may be required to provide information collected by the Service to authorized government bodies based on legal requests.

User data is provided to external companies only when the user consents to this.

Access to and control over data by the user

The user has the right to obtain a copy of their personal data from the Service Operator. The user can also request corrections for any inaccuracies or errors in their personal data.

Customers have the right to delete their personal data from both the Seller's system and databases of entities cooperating with the Seller.

Use of personal data in marketing

We use your personal data to send you marketing information and offers:
– via email;
– via SMS.

External cookies

We also use external cookies to:
– collect general and anonymous statistical data via analytical tools like Google Analytics;
– collect information about user behavior on the website, e.g., Google Analytics;
– present ads tailored to your preferences using online advertising tools;

The customer can independently change the settings regarding cookies and push notifications, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by the Client's device. Changes to the settings can be made:
- through the browser settings,
- through the panel available in the service.
