Returns are no problem for us

We believe in the quality of our products and that you will love them from the first use. At the same time, we respect all legal regulations and give you the opportunity to return unused products within 30 days.

The product return process is incredibly simple:

Go to the "Order History" tab in your customer account.

Select the order to which the return applies.

Select the product(s) you want to return by checking the box next to its/their name.

(Optional) Explain the reason for the return.

Send the package back to our company address.

We handle complaints quickly and efficiently

Something's wrong? :( We secure our packages with the utmost care, and we store the products in optimal conditions. Sometimes, however, an undesirable situation can occur. In such cases, we always support our customers. If you receive a clearly damaged package, don't worry, just follow these steps:

Call us to inform us about the situation.

Tell the courier that you refuse to accept the package due to damage.

Take a photo of the damage report filled out by the courier and send it to us.

If after opening the package you notice that the product is damaged, then:

Call us and tell us about the situation, we’ll guide you on what to do and send a courier to pick up the damaged goods.

We will start the complaint procedure, and we’ll send you a new package :)
