Regulations of the competition " buy this product and get a refund of up to 100% of the value of purchases " (Competition for the most helpful opinion about a product purchased at TanExpert24)

§ 1 General provisions

  1. The organizer of the competition called " buy this product and get a refund of up to 100% of the purchase value " (hereinafter: the Competition ) is TanExpert, VT7 Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Szczecin (70-535) at ul. Kurkowa 5/U2, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Szczecin, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001009773, REGON: 366502117, NIP: 8522628345 (hereinafter: Organizer ).

  2. The competition is organized on the terms set out in these regulations (hereinafter: Regulations ).

  3. The competition is conducted in the territory of the Republic of Poland via the website tanexpert24.pl (nationwide competition).

  4. The competition is available to customers of the online store: tanexpert24.pl under the conditions described in the Regulations.

  5. The Competition will award the most interesting opinions (containing helpful and true information) about the product purchased by the Competition Participant in the online store www.tanexpert24.pl.

  6. The competition starts on 01.07.2021 and lasts until 31.03.2024.

§ 2 Participation in the Competition

  1. Participation in the Competition may be entered by an adult natural person with full legal capacity and residing in Poland, who will make a purchase for purposes not related to their business or professional activity, i.e. as a consumer within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code and will meet the other conditions set out in the Competition Regulations, including expressing an opinion on the purchased product ( excluding the product groups specified in Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations).

  2. Employees of the Organizer and members of the immediate family of employees of the Organizer and the above-mentioned companies may not participate in the Competition. Members of the immediate family of employees within the meaning of these Regulations are: spouses, children, parents, siblings. An employee within the meaning of the Regulations is both a person employed on the basis of an employment contract and a person cooperating on the basis of a civil law contract.

  3. In order to ensure the proper organization and conduct of the Contest, and in particular to assess the correctness of applications to the Contest and select the winners of the Contest, the Organizer appointed a Contest Committee (hereinafter: the Contest Committee ). The Competition Committee consists of three persons indicated by the Organizer, i.e.:

    1. a) Director General,

    2. b) marketing manager,

    3. c) Customer service specialist.

§ 3 The course and conditions of participation in the Competition

1. In order to participate in the Competition, the following conditions must be met jointly: a) purchase of a product in the online store www.tanexpert24.pl , excluding the product groups specified in Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations ,

  1. b) having a proof of purchase (i.e. a so-called consumer invoice, which does not contain a tax identification number) confirming the above-mentioned purchase and payment for this purchase,

  2. c) consent to receive marketing messages to the e-mail address and telephone number indicated in the application form, to which the Organizer will send information related to the current promotional and advertising offer of shops under the TanExpert brand.

  3. d) express their opinion on the Organizer's account on the Ceneo Website regarding the purchase of a product in accordance with the proof of purchase,

  4. Each transaction is treated as a separate report.

  5. The Participant's assessment regarding the opinion about the purchased product must include his personal beliefs and should be written in Polish, observing the applicable rules of correct Polish.

  6. The Competition will not take into account opinions that are inconsistent with the regulations of Ceneo.pl sp. z oo  

§4 Prizes and rules for selecting winners

  1. In each month of the Competition, 3 (in words: three) winners will be selected , who will be awarded equivalent prizes referred to in section 2. The Competition Committee will select the winners from among the authors of the opinions who met all the requirements in the previous calendar month. Prizes will be awarded to those Competition Participants whose opinions will be assessed by the Competition Committee as the most useful, the most interesting and in line with the subject of the Competition. The choice of the winner of the Competition will be influenced by the substantive, unique and creative nature of the opinions - among the submitted opinions, the Committee will select those which, in its opinion, are of the highest usefulness for other users of the website www.tanexpert24.plat the level of product selection and purchase decision making.

  2. The prize is a discount code equivalent to 100% of the value of purchases to be made in the online store www.tanexpert24.pl. The discount code can be redeemed from the "Cart" subpage. The code also includes free shipping. The coupon can only be redeemed once.

  3. The voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of creation, and this period is not extended. After the expiry date, the coupon is invalid and the funds remaining on the card are forfeited to the Organizer. When purchasing goods using a coupon, no additional discounts and rebates are available. The use of the coupon does not add up with any other price and installment promotion.

  4. Each prize in the Competition is assigned an additional cash prize calculated according to the formula [Prize value * 10/9 - Prize value] and rounded to the nearest zloty. The additional cash prize is not subject to release to the winner, but will be deducted by the Organizer and used to cover the due personal income tax on winnings in the Competition in the amount of 10% of the value of the prize in accordance with Art. 41 sec. 4 and sec. 7 in relation to joke. 30 sec. 1 point 2 of the Personal Income Tax Act.

  5. Meetings of the Competition Committee are held at the Organizer's office within 7 working days from the end of a given calendar month.

  6. The winners of the Contest will be notified of their win by the 15th day of the month following the month for which the prizes are awarded via e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided when placing the Participant's order.

  7. The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.

  8. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract on the basis of which the Participant participated in

Competition, the participant is not entitled to a prize in the Competition and no claim against the Organizer.

  1. The Participant of the Competition in the purchase form is obliged to provide data consistent with the facts. In the event of a change of data, the Participant is obliged to inform the Organizer about it. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in the Organizer's inability to issue the prize.

  2. The Organizer has the right to verify whether the Participant meets the conditions set out in the Regulations. For this purpose, it may request the Participant to submit specific statements in writing or provide specific data. Failure to meet the conditions arising from the Regulations or an unjustified refusal to meet the above requests may, after conducting the explanatory proceedings, result in the exclusion of a given Participant from the Competition and the expiration of the right to prizes.

§ 5 Copyright

  1. The Participant grants the Organizer a license for free use, distribution and publication, copying and modification, and distribution by the Organizer of any opinions posted by him, free of charge.

  2. Under the license granted, the Organizer receives the right to:

  3. dissemination of opinions by making them publicly available in such a way that everyone can have access to them in a place and time chosen by them (Internet), public display and republication,

  4. recording and multiplying opinions - producing copies of opinions using any technique, including printing, reprographic, magnetic recording and digital technique.

As part of the license granted, the author agrees to use the opinion in any parts, grant sublicenses to third parties for the use of the work or any part thereof, use the work or any part thereof for the promotion and advertising of the Organizer. At the same time, the author, by granting a license, assures the Organizer that the opinion is author's and is the result of the Participant's own intellectual work, does not infringe the copyrights of third parties.

If the above statements are untrue, the Participant shall be liable to third parties for violating their rights.

§ 6 Complaints

  1. Complaints regarding the course of the Competition may be submitted by e-mail to biuro@tanexpert.pl or in writing to the following address: TanExpert Polska, ul. Kurkowa 5/U2, 70-535 Szczecin, no later than January 15, 2022 (the date of receipt by the Organizer is decisive).

  2. Only the Participants of the Competition are entitled to submit a complaint in the Competition.

  3. Complaints will be considered by the Commission within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of their receipt.

  4. The Participant will be notified by e-mail about the method of considering the complaint

sent to the e-mail address from which the complaint was submitted or to the correspondence address from which the complaint was submitted.

§ 7 Personal data protection

  1. Personal data of Competition participants are processed on the basis of the provisions of generally applicable law on the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

  2. The administrator of personal data is the Organizer. We process the data in order to conduct the competition. The data will also be processed for marketing purposes in accordance with the applicable Regulations and Privacy Policy.

§ 8 Final Provisions

  1. These regulations come into force on August 20, 2021.

  2. In each case of violation of the provisions of the Regulations by the Participant, the Organizer is entitled to exclude him from participation in the Competition. The Organizer has the right to exclude Participants from participation in the Competition who, in particular:

    1. conduct activities contrary to the law, in particular, when their behavior harms the interests of third parties;

    2. conduct any activities aimed at circumventing the Regulations or security measures or the rules of operation of the Competition, after carrying out the explanatory proceedings confirming the above. guess.

  3. In matters not covered by the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other acts shall apply.

  4. The Participant is obliged to read these Regulations, and participation in the Competition means acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations.

  5. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations and the conditions of the Competition during the Competition, only if it is justified by the purpose of the Competition and will not affect the conditions of participation in the Competition, provided that these changes cannot violate the rights already acquired by the Participants. All Participants will be notified of the change in the Regulations via a message sent to the e-mail addresses provided in the application form.

  6. Any disputes between the organizer and the Participant will be considered by the competent common court.

  7. The Competition is not a gambling game within the meaning of the Act of November 19, 2009 on gambling games (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2094, as amended).
